Frequently asked login questions
Can I login without my physical Trezor device?
No — hardware wallets are designed so you must use the physical device (or a previously restored device) to unlock your private keys. Your recovery seed can be used to restore on another compatible device if necessary.
What if I forget my PIN?
If you enter the wrong PIN too many times the device will delay further attempts — but you can still recover funds using your recovery seed on a new device. The seed is the ultimate backup.
